Our story began as the thought of one day moving from Ohio to Palm beach. My wife and I searched for a perfect neighborhood. Our search ended when we found a little piece of heaven when we drove into Arden. We literally felt like we were in Ohio with green fields but in Florida. It is beautifully maintained filled with beautiful families.
Both Josh and Dave are personable and great at checking in and communicating! Overall, it has allowed us to enjoy this time as the house goes up and be excited for what is to come. She is very knowledgeable about her product and extremely supportive through the process. We built a Ryan Home in 2015and, because of Clare, the experience this time around has been by far our best. Building/Buying a home is a major investment.
Projects
We are looking forward to the next phase of this process. They do a good job overall, but the rate at which they put them up seems to impact quality control and things get overlooked... It was a pleasure working with both Ashley and Jim throughout our build. They always went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our dream home. We are grateful for the efforts that Ashley, Jim and their team put forth and to be a part of this community.
Very happy to choose Ryan Homes and never had any single instance of disappointment at any stage. Building home is huge project and its not only about delivery but resolving the identified issues promptly post delivery matters a lot and team did very god job. Thanks to Joe, Tim and Mike, you made a excellent team. My fiancée and I just moved here and we absolutely love this neighborhood! Building here was also such a breeze with our project manager Greg and he gave us our dream home that we never thought we’d have.
They are cow boy company
We are really excited to be a part of Pelican point in the new year. So far not a bad word to say about anyone we have met on this journey with Ryan homes. We began the building process with Cory from across the country. So far, the process has been simple and everyone involved has accommodated our difference in location until we permanently relocate. We have been pleased at the communication with Cory. Cory has been pleasant to deal with since day 1.
Our sales rep Lora Blair was exceptional as well as Ashley Hagerich. Jim Neese the PM and Guiseppe, were also very attentive and great to work with. Everyone went above and beyond their service. We have been in our home for 6 months now and couldn't be happier.

I found Ryan Homes and fell in love with them. Then I met the salesperson Steve Butler and new I was in the right place. Steve was friendly and very knowledgeable about the homes. He took his time explaining all and was patient with all my questions. He has been there every step of the way, answering questions, and providing updates as available. He takes time to check in with me periodically and drives by the construction site to keep up to date on the progress.
I feel I have been really looked after by Craig from the sales team, who made my move enjoyabe with his professional, friendly, cheerful and helpful personality. At times he's gone above and beyond to help. My wife and I just went through the build process coordinating closely with Carlos and Jason . We were both blown away at how easy they made the process for us. We did a new build with a different builder 5 years ago and it was a total disaster, so we were scared to do it all over again. The process was stress free and exciting for us.
He was very good at keeping us informed and my hat is off to him. Toward the end, Dave came in as PM to complete the community. I had a couple of items needing addressing. He was extremely quick in responding to our needs and he always has a smile on his face!
So far our experience has been wonderfully personal and professional. If the entire experience continues this way, we will be over the moon. Our sales rep Cory Robinson was able to answer all of our questions during the process and is great to work with. John Cribbin was very professional yet friendly and approachable Not pushy and very informative. Put everything up front and answered our questions accurately and concisely.

Our sales person was Blake Berman and he was awesome from the very beginning. We actually were not scheduled to see the models in Ryan Homes and had been in the area for another builder. Before leaving, we decided to give Blake a call and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made that day. Even in a rushed state to be on time for his other guests, Blake was warm, informative, up front and honest, traits that we appreciate when deciding on a home.
My project manager, Alex was so sweet and attentive to the entire process. She made my home feel like it was hers with the attention to detail she put into everything. She answered all of my questions, sent me continual updates and went above and beyond with all of my requests.
Only negative comment would aimed at the fencing contractors on site. They build houses with cheap poor material and charge a lot of money for them. We bought a house 7 years ago from them, new, and the issues are just piling, one after another. Once the crew arrives at Miller’s home, it doesn’t take long for subtle, peculiar happenings to begin to occur.
We had our pre-construction meeting with PMs last week with ground breaking planned for this week weather permitting. PMs were really thorough in explaining the build process and assuring that they will be closely monitoring the build for quality. I will keep updating this review along the way with more updates but overall we are very happy with the team at Ryan Homes Turnberry. At the beginning of this month, we decided to purchase a home in Arden and we couldn't be more excited.
